We just finished our lovely holiday. The whole experience was great. Mostafa at reception organized some wonderful rooms for us. Yousef and Selim cleaned our rooms daily to a high standard. Khaled, the restaurant manager, was lovely. Mahmoud served us drinks in the evening and offered great service.
The hotel is beautiful, however, the food could be much better. I found myself eating out and searching for things to do. This hotel needs to spend money on entertainment and more variety in the food and drinks menu.

The hotel is close to downtown and the marina is a bit further. Zaytouna beach is accessible via a short boat ride at no charge from the hotel. The area offers great nightlife at the coconut club.

A really wonderful relaxing vacation
excellent comfort short boat trip dedicated sunbeds inclusive service
My lagoon bungalow offered excellent comfort. The jacuzzi was a plus! The colour of the water in the lagoon was AMAZING. I really liked that the hotel provided a short boat trip to a nearby island with water sports and a jetty. This spot had dedicated sun beds and all-inclusive service.
I noticed very slight disorganization among some staff members (but they were always trying to do their best).

The food quality impressed me! I found the meals better than many five-star hotels I have visited in Egypt. The hotel even gave us a takeaway box for food, very thoughtful.

Staff members were cute and always ready to assist. One morning I asked about directions, and the staff helped me find what i needed. The reception lady was also very efficient. ALL staff were helpful and friendly.

big jacuzzi super clean room lagoon view
the room had a big jacuzzi with two sections (this was quite handy). one person used the jets, and the other did not. the room was super clean, situated in the main building, overlooking the lagoon.
The entertainment was quiet. Expect a peaceful hotel, not a lively party scene.

i enjoyed my time here the front desk staff was efficient i especially want to mention ahmed on the night shift he made my late arrival comfortable i found the hotel facilities pretty good too they worked hard for guest satisfaction i appreciate that.

We arrived smoothly and check-in took just minutes. Our Lagoon Bungalow Outdoor Private Pool Jacuzzi was ready, with no delays. The all-inclusive plan really delighted us, and we got complimentary spa and bazaar discounts. Food was awesome and the private pool was wonderfully heated. our experience was very great, and we want to return soon.

The hotel has its own boat trips to a private section of an island. It was included for free. That was very nice! the eating area was right next to the sea and it had a lovely view. i loved it.
rooms are horrid! i saw building work being done so the photos are misleading. the spa and restaurants advertised were definitely not there.
